The Book of Hebrews (A Go-Deep Bible Study): Fall 2020
October 2 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
An event every week that begins at 7:00 pm on Friday, repeating until December 11, 2020
Friday evenings, starting October 2nd (7:00 to 8:30 pm)
This fall session runs for 10 weeks (and won’t meet Thanksgiving weekend).
The study will be held onsite at Emmanuel respecting all the current safety guidelines, and will be led by Shawn Hadigate. Men and women are welcome to participate!
If for any reason, Covid guidelines are restricted, this study group will be ready to migrate online onto the ZOOM format, in order to not break stride.
When you register, instructions will be emailed to you on how to order the $25 workbook you will need for this study.
The New Testament Book of Hebrews is a vital study showing how Jesus is the superior bedrock of our faith.
He is superior to all the Old Testament foundation blocks the Jewish people venerated, because He was the driving point the entire Old Testament progressed towards. If you want a challenging study that helps you see the connection between the Old Testament and New Testament, this is your study!
This is a 2-part study: The 10 weeks this fall covers the first half of the book, and part 2 will finish the book in winter of 2021.
The course will involve some preparation and a workbook that you’ll order separately, ahead of time. (Your course facilitator will connect with you after you register, with those instructions.)
As part of the study, you’ll learn to study the Bible for yourself–one of the most rewarding and life-changing experiences you’ll ever have!
