Adventure Camp and Sports Camp
Camp runs from 9am-4pm every day. Please make sure to drop your child off no earlier than 8:50am to enable our staff to prepare for the day. Please also ensure that you arrive at the church by 4pm for pick up, to allow for a smooth sign out process. Unfortunately we are unable to offer before and after camp care.
Extreme Camp
Drop off is at 9am each day and pick up is at 8pm. Dinner is included for your youth each day!
Adventure and Sports Camp
Each camper will need to bring a morning snack, lunch, a water bottle, a hat and sunscreen EVERY DAY! We will provide an afternoon snack each day. Please note that this camp is NUT FREE, so please ensure that all lunches and snacks do not contain any traces of nuts or any nut products. The afternoon snacks that we provide will be nut free, however, we do not accommodate any other dietary restrictions. If your child has any other dietary concerns (ie. gluten free) please provide an afternoon snack as well.
Many of our activities are outdoors, so please ensure that your child is dressed appropriately for the weather. It is also very important that your child brings sunscreen, as it WILL be reapplied every afternoon. Our field trips will only be cancelled due to heavy rain or storms. Some of our rain day activities may include swimming at the Rec centre, Bowling or Indoor Mini Putt. It is advised that you send your child with a swimsuit and towel every day as well as running shoes and socks just in case they are needed. Your child will be given a camp t-shirt on the first day of camp. We ask that they wear their camp shirt every day so that we can easily identify our campers.
Extreme Camp
Due to the unique activities that our Jr High Extreme Campers engage in, a specific list of what your youth will need each day will be emailed out closer to the beginning of camp.

This year for sign out we will be checking the identification of the person picking up each child. The person picking up the child will be asked to show a piece of personal identification (i.e. driver’s license) and we will match the name on the identification with the list of people allowed to pick up the child. For this reason, we ask that the list of people who can pick up your child is accurate (you will see this when you register). You are welcome to make changes to the list throughout the week. To help speed up the process, please make sure to have your identification ready when you arrive at the sign out table. We hope that this will make our sign out process quicker and safer for our campers. The safety of your children always comes first at Emmanuel Daycamps!
