Dear Emmanuel Members,
As you heard at our most recent church family meeting, the Elders have been working hard to bring to you an updated governing by-law. We are pleased to be able to share this with you, for review and discussion. Below you will find an overview of the proposed changes, the new proposed by-law and the current by-law. Town Hall meetings are planned for our congregations and we hope you will participate and attend. We plan to vote on these proposed updates at our Annual meetings on Oct 23rd.
