Bloom Mentors are the relational glue of this outreach ministry. Bloom exits to encourage and inspire moms with young children. Bloom mentors are experienced moms and grandmas who share the love of Christ by being a kind ear, a gentle guide and positive influence. They help lead the discussion around their tables during the meetings, and pray for “their moms”.

Bloom mentors are believers with a tender heart for the unique challenges of parenting. They love to point moms to Christ in the messy early years. They know and walk with Jesus and love to share how He has made all the difference in their own lives. This role is relational, which means that they are expected to attend most of the bi-monthly meetings.

In this role your responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to):
+ Attend the twice a month meetings.
+ Get to know the mothers who attend, most specifically those who sit at your table.
+ Be quick to listen and slow to give advice
+ Point young moms to Christ as they navigate the early years of parenting

Commitment: about 2 hours, on the 2nd and 4th Thursday, from September till May. The commitment is for a minimum of one ministry season.
