Life groups are a very important ministry at Emmanuel. If you are a person who has the space in your home and the desire in your heart to open your home to a Life group, this would be a wonderful service for you! A leader’s weekly preparation of the study for a Life Group can be made much easier when someone else is willing to open their home. In this area of service you can both participate in the Life Group and offer the warmth of your hospitality.

In this role, your responsibilities would include:
   + Opening your home once a week, or bi-weekly, depending on how often your group meets
+ Setting up enough chairs and joining in the Life Group meeting!
   + If you and your group so decides, you may also coordinate snacks for your group meetings among the members to bring, but would not be required to make or buy them yourself each week.

Commitment: 1 ½ – 2 hours once a week (or bi-weekly) as you and your group decide. The day and time are flexible. This can be decided according to what works best for you, your leader and your Life Group. This commitment would last for at least one 10-month season (Sept-June).

Requirements: Space enough in your home for 10-12 people to meet together; a hospitable heart!
