Our kitchen workers are an integral part of ministry at Emmanuel. If you love working with a team, behind-the-scenes, to host and feed people, you’ll enjoy serving in the kitchen.

The kitchen team serve at various times throughout the year, whenever they are available. This team gets support through training about safe food handling and use of the kitchen equipment. They allow us to hold events at different times of the year such as the church picnic, annual meetings, potluck and banquet events. No experience in necessary.

In this role your responsibilities may include.
+ Support the cook with prepping and serving.
+ Work together with other volunteers.

Commitment: 2-4 hours at different times to of the year. You would not need to help with all the events but when you can it would be much appreciated.
